ALEC started in the UAE in 1999, with a firm vision to deliver excellent building projects and has consistently evolved and grown. Today, ALEC is a preferred contractor for the execution of major construction projects. ALEC currently operates in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Qatar, and Oman and has delivered developments of the highest quality to key clients. Many of these developments have become significant landmarks in the UAE. The scope of ALEC’s projects includes resort hotels, themed retail developments, high rise towers, airport terminals and commercial buildings.
ALEC works as a General Contractor taking direct supervision of on-site labour and/or as a Construction Supervisor for subcontractors depending on the requirements of the client and project.
ALEC timeously executes selected projects, by utilising proactive management skills with carefully selected clients and consultants in order to achieve an optimum return.
ALEC’s key activities are high-end complex construction projects, predominately in the airports, retail, hospitality and commercial sectors. In addition to operating as the main contractor, ALEC has established related businesses which complement its core activities.
