The company ZEPHYR , created in 2002 is the result of a partnership between a farm advisory office in France and a wind development office in Germany. Our partner ( Rübsamen Windenergie GmbH ) has developed since 1992 in Germany more than 200 MW, partly participatory.
Christian Briard (agronomist) and Rosemarie Rübsamen (physics engineer) set up Zéphyr Energies Renouvelables in 2002. Since then they have been developing and operating high-quality wind projects with local investment wherever possible.
