The Group has partnered with international hotel groups such as Millennium & Copthorne Hotels PLC, IHG, Ritz Carlton / Marriott International and other leading chains for its owned and managed portfolio of hotels.
Tetra Hospitality Investment's hotel management business is in partnership with Millennium & Copthorne Hotels PLC, and under this venture it operates over 18 hotels in the region. It has a pipeline of over 50 hotels in its management portfolio.
Its ownership interest includes the Ritz Carlton DIFC Hotel, Crowne Plaza Hotel Sheikh Zayed Road Dubai, Crowne Plaza Hotel Abu Dhabi, Sands Hotel Abu Dhabi, Kingsgate Hotel Abu Dhabi and some hotel assets under construction.
Tetra Hospitality Investment LLC is also a major shareholder in National Corporation of Tourism and Hotels (NCT&H), a company listed on the Abu Dhabi Stock Exchange and which owns the iconic Intercontinental Hotel, Abu Dhabi and Danat Hotels and Resorts.
