Tasameem-STX Construction L.L.C. was established in Abu Dhabi in early 2008 because the two organizations share similar views and visions of the globalize world and saw complementary advantages in aligning with each other to capitalize on the enormous growth of the Building Industry that is taking place in Abu Dhabi and the surrounding gulf regions.
Both Tasameem and STX grew from humble surrounding and beginning. Over the years, they were able to grow from strength to strength by recruiting and assembling competent employees across national boundaries. Thus, both shareholders are strong believers that successful corporate citizens must also practice and extend good social responsibility to the place, people and the environment they operate in.
Tasameem-STX intends to continue with these policies of recruiting the most able from the world, in areas where recruitment is not feasible, Tasameem-STX will and has formed strategic alliance with committed key building allies so as to deliver consistent quality products and services on time and on budget to our customers wherever they may be.
STX has over the years undertaken many developments on a Design and Build (Fast Track) basis both in Korea’s domestic and overseas markets, the experience gained would put STX in a good stead in undertaking large scale Master Planning for strategic sites in town/city planning and thereafter performing the construction and facilities managements roles. This accumulative expertise of STX will be transferred to Tasameem-STX in her pursue of developing and expanding her role in Abu Dhabi as a Premium Planner and Design and Build Contractor.
In projects which Tasameem-STX participation can further enhanced the overall returns of the project concerned through better planning, efficient design, systematic use of building technology and implementation of value engineering for the customer, Tasameem-STX would seriously consider JV or Consortium arrangement with the Developer, if invited to participate.
