SOFCON was established in 2001 by three engineers – A. Saihati, O. Othman, and A. Fattani – after the merger of their respective companies operating in the market since 1979.

SOFCON’s headquarters are located in Al-Khobar while its offices are located in Dammam, Jeddah, Riyadh, Yanbu, and Abu-Dhabi which are staffed with 600+ talented Professionals.
