SDIC Power Holdings CO. LTD is principally engaged in the investment, construction, operation and management of electric power plants. SDIC Power Holdings Co Ltd., a power generation company, has agreed to acquire Repsol Nuevas Energias UK Limited, a company which holds 100% interest in Inch Cape offshore wind power project and 25% stake in Beatrice offshore wind power project in Scotland, UK from Repsol SA, an oil and gas company, for a purchase consideration of EUR238 million (USD261.96 million).
