Jerry T. Edge is Founding Partner of RMC Consultants. In this capacity he has consulted with over 35 companies over the past 10 years in the areas of compensation management, plan design, Variable pay, including sales incentive design and International Compensation.
For more than 30 years, he has specialized in compensation management in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, food and transportation. Over the past 30 plus years he worked with Callaway Golf Company, ALARIS Medical Systems, Solar Turbines, Inc., (a subsidiary of Caterpillar), Morrison Incorporated, and Southern Railway Company designing, implementing, and administering programs for domestic and international compensation and benefits, performance management, training, organization development, management and sales incentives. He has designed and implemented compensation and benefits plans for various countries outside of the United States, including, England, Ireland, Belgium, France, Netherlands, Sweden, Spain, Germany, Singapore, South Africa, Japan, South Korea, Australia and Venezuela.
