Alliance was founded by David Russell (CEO) in 2003 and is led by an established Manchester-based team of RICS qualified property professionals with many years' combined experience across all real estate sectors in the local market.

Originally, industrial assets formed the backbone of the company's portfolio, which grew exponentially and allowed the group to expand into new and evolving sectors.

The group has completed £240million of transactions and owns a mixed portfolio valued at over £190million, centred around Manchester and the North West but with a presence in many other towns and cities throughout the UK.
