Oscar Building Contracting LLC was founded in Dubai and Europe from it’s Irish Directors. The Irish business was founded in 1998 and the experience and expertise gained over the years have now been brought successfully to the Middle East & African region.
Over the years Oscar has established itself as a leading company in its fields of expertise and provides project specific management teams using a combination of local and overseas personnel with the appropriate experience for each contract. The companies past and current experience includes infrastructure, residential, industrial, commercial, healthcare and education along with a full range of contract options covering Project Management & Planning from outline feasibility to final commissioning and handover. The contract options include Negotiated Tenders, Competitive Tendering, Management Contracting and Design & Build.
