National Real Estate Development is an Omani public shareholding company, originally established in 1974, now under the name National Real Estate Development Company SAOG (“NRE”). It is the first and only dedicated real estate developer to be publicly listed in the Muscat Stock Market (MSM Ticker: NRED). The company is committed to pursuing real estate investment opportunities in the Sultanate of Oman as well as the region.
NRE has already and continues to acquire strategic land banks in Muscat, Oman and the GCC for the purpose of investment and development. The projects under development include landmark residential, commercial, hospitality and retail spaces, in addition to bespoke operating structures.
