Launched as a joint stock company by ‘First Gulf Bank’, one of the United Arab Emirates leading financial institutions, holding 40% stake, along with three of Abu Dhabi’s mainline real estate developers – ‘Aldar Properties’, ‘Sorouh Real Estate’, and ‘Reem Investments’ with a 20% shareholding each.

MISMAK Properties was established as a continuation of the real estate department of ‘First Gulf Bank’, which started a decade ago offering real estate solutions, management and leasing services.
