Mawarid Mining LLC (“Mawarid”) is a wholly owned subsidiary of MB Holding Company LLC which is a registered entity in the Sultanate of Oman. Mawarid is focused on the exploration, development and operation of mining projects both domestically and internationally. Mawarid has been producing Copper in the Sultanate of Oman for several years and more recently has progressed to explore for minerals on an international stage. In addition Mawarid has made strategic acquisitions and investments through acquiring interests in mining companies with near term development projects. Mawarid is now active in the Sultanate of Oman, Tanzania, Kazakhstan, Namibia, Rwanda and Saudi Arabia.
