We require services for FM Services (MEP and Cleaning) ,Security Services ,Swimming Pool Maintenance ,Lifeguard Services , ,Landscaping Services, BMU Maintenance ,BMS Maintenance ,Chillers Maintenance ,ELV System Maintenance, Garbage Chute Maintenance ,Waste Collection, Third Party Water Analysis ,Water Tank Cleaning ,Sewage Tank Cleaning ,Generator Maintenance ,Elevator Maintenance ,Fire Protection Systems Maintenance ,FAHU Maintenance, Facade Cleaning and Pest Control Services.
Tender is open to all companies holding a valid Trade License registered in the Emirate of Dubai and associated activity mentioned on trade license.
Deadline of submission of proposal is on 12 December 2019.
