LACASA Architectural Consultants, have embraced the Real Estate down turn crisis, which engulfed the region from late 2008 , as a true opportunity to extend and share our skills and services into the Middle East & North African regions.
The first two years of the crisis, 2009 and 2010 were interesting, in the sense that we moved our office head quarters to the Motor City Tower overlooking Dubai Auto race track; the physical move has ignited our team into a fearless, metaphorical race against time! Our continual improvements to meet our customers’ satisfaction have helped us reach new International standards, including the ISO Standards in Quality Environments & Occupational Health and Safety, while our team dynamic has helped us look into a new business excellence model, seeking new challenges every day.
So, while many have taken a warrior rest during the first two years of the crisis, we have embraced the vision of Dubai Leaders to reach new horizons, starting with new regional branches in MENA Region from Qatar, Syria & Libya, and followed by initiating new ventures later in Sudan, KSA & Eastern Africa. Our business development and design team have remained toned exploring the rest of MENA region Opportunities, LACASA Dubai Headquarter team has upgraded its internal capabilities, with highly skilled designers and civil engineers, efficient contracts team, and well as, experienced project management team, all components of which promoted LACASA to run for competitions among the most distinguished Architectural and Engineering consultants in the World.
