I- MEMF ELECTRICAL INDUSTRIES CO. (MEMF) ( Totally owned by KFB Holding Group ) / Saudi 100%
MEMF Electrical Industries Co., (MEMF) is the KFB Group’s flagship company established in 1997 and is involved in manufacturing of high quality fault-tolerant products like Energy meters – both analog as well as digital, MCCB’s up to 1250A, MCB’s and ACB’s up to 4000A, complete range of indoor instrument transformers (up to 33KV) and a range of panel indicating meters. The brand ‘MEMF’ is well known and firmly established not only in KSA but also in the rest of the GCC countries as well as in the Middle East. The entire manufacturing facility is spread over an area of 15,000 Sq.mtrs. MEMF has the following Branch companies:
1- META SWITCHGEAR CO. (META)
META Switchgear Co., is a state-of-art integrated manufacturing facility for manufacturing entire range of panels right from DB’s, MDBs, SMDB’s, PCC, MCC, Package Sub-stations, Unit Sub-stations, control & protection panels (up to 400KV) and MV switchgear up to 40.5KV. The manufacturing facility is spread over an area of 20,000 Sq.mtrs.
2- SAUDI-FEDERAL TRANSFORMERS. (SFTL)
State-of-art manufacturing facility for manufacturing distribution transformers as well as power transformers up to 10MVA (33KV class). The manufacturing facility is spread over an area of 35,000 Sq.mtrs.
3- PAN ELECTRIC FACTORY
Pan Electric is a state of art manufacturing facility for manufacturing, assembly and testing of Switchgears, LV Motor Control Centers, Vacuum Circuit Breakers, Sheet metal enclosures, hazardous area products, Control & Automation and engineering services, all under one roof. It is located in Dammam 2nd Industrial City to support the Oil & Gas and Industrial sectors, strongly supported by matchless team of experienced and professional engineers and skilled technicians.
4- MEMF AUTOMATION SYSTEMS CO.
MEMF Automation Systems offers cost-effective automation solutions, process automation & SCADA and commissioning, trouble shooting and retrofitting services for variable frequency drives, engineering services and CNC machine re-conditioning etc.
II- B&R GULF ( Joint Venture)
With a view to diversify our activities, the Group had entered into a Joint Venture agreement with M/s. B&R Enclosures Pty Ltd , Australia in the year 2016 to set up a LV Switchgear (Explosion Proof) & Control Panels (Ex-Proof), All type tested CABINETS / Enclosures / Data Racks etc. manufacturing/integration unit in Dammam. Consequently, a new company named “B&R Gulf” was established operation in Dammam.
We offer customized solutions in the field of power systems control and protection having extensive product range.

II-RADYA INTERNATIONAL
Radya International is involved in trading of electromechanical products and services related to transmission and distribution of power. We are leading suppliers in KSA for Power Transformers, Steel enclosures, Overhead Line Transmission and Distribution accessories, insulators, cable joints and terminations up to 33 KV.

Dat-Con is a Saudi-Slovenian company which offers system integration, electronic applications, special measuring and multimedia equipment.
