Jub Padu was established in November 1989 as a Partnership of professional practice in Quantity Surveying.
Over the years, the company has completed many projects ranging from Multi-storey Office Complexes, Shopping Centres, Hypermarkets, High Rise Condominium, Apartments, Hotel and Resort Developments, Institutional and Education Buildings to Residential Houses.
We have obtained our Certification for ISO9001:2000 for the provision of Quantity Surveying and Construction Cost Consultancy Services for the Construction Industry.
In order to assist our staff in their work and to enhance the quality of our services. We have a network of latest computers, servers, printers and digitizer board, back-up by some special software packages, namely, "GLODON GAS 2011 and CATO Procurement" for preparation of Bills of Quantities, "CATO Cost Planning" for estimating purposes, "Earthwork 6.0" for the measurement of earthwork quantities.
