The company was founded in 1998 by three partners: Jean-Philippe Heitz, David Parsons and Aiman Sadek. The firm specializes in the design of hotels, restaurants, resorts, spas, conference centers, clubs, and entertainment venues for the luxury market, as well as residential properties including commercial villas and private homes.
