In Europe HCL Consultants have been strongly involved in EU accession programmes in relation to Regional, Rural and Private Sector Development and Public Administration Reform. HCL Consultants have also been active across the Balkans, the Mediterranean Basin and countries of the Former Soviet Union and have worked closely with the European Agency for Reconstruction, MEDA and the EU Tacis programme.
Internationally, HCL Consultants have worked closely with the World Bank, the International Finance Corporation, the United Nations Development Programme and the Food and Agriculture Organisation of the United Nations, amongst others, and across Africa, Central Asia and South America.
