Hassan Lari Group was founded by its founder and Chairman, Hassan Hussain Lari, in the early 1970's as Hassan Hussain Lari Est. Mr. Lari started his business by importing and exporting food products. Then, he expanded his line of business to importing and exporting household items, electronics, automobiles, and other machinery items. Trades were carried out globally, but mainly in Asia. With the rise of the real estate market in the early 1980's, Mr. Lari expanded his business and entered the real estate market, by mainly purchasing and selling land properties. By the 1990’s, the business completely shifted from import/export to real estate. In year 2005, Hassan Lari Group was formed as a closed Bahraini shareholding company, specialized in the real estate business. The group is engaged in the sale and purchase of land properties, management, operation, and rental of its self-owned and developed apartments and villas, and real estate investments. As part of its umbrella is a contracting division, which provides contracting services only for the company’s construction projects. Hassan Lari Group now operates and manages hundreds of serviced, high quality unfurnished, semi-furnished, and fully furnished apartments, private houses/villas, and compounds in different locations of Bahrain. The company aims to provide homes matching all individuals and families’ life styles, preferences, housing needs, and budget levels.
