Hala Group Enterprises established with an idea to promote the tourism policy of the state of Qatar. Since its inception in 2007, Hala Group Enterprises has taken initiatives to invest in entertainment, hospitality and residential real estate sectors. To keep providing healthy entertainment in line with the policy of the country, our first project “Aqua Park Qatar” opened to public in 2009 and the project is the first ever water theme park in the state of Qatar providing healthy entertainment and state-of-the-art attractions to the public.
In the hospitality sector, the ongoing projects include a five star hotel and resort “The Salwa ” spreading over an area of 300,000 square meters, located in the Salwa Road next to Aqua Park. It is scheduled to open in late 2012. The Salwa Resort & Spa shall be a great addition to the hospitality industry in the state of Qatar, an oasis of calm and luxury blended with beautiful landscape, a spacious ballroom, high class exotic cuisines along with other essential amenities i.e., spa, gym, indoor/outdoor swimming pools, etc. The facilities expected to equally cater both business and leisure clientele. Another ambitious project is a five star, 42 storey hotel tower in the new business district, West Bay.
Looking forward to threshold in the residential sector in the state of Qatar, Hala Group Enterprises entered in this sector with ambitious projects. Our first project is a construction of 72 luxury villas with amenities and recreational buildings proximity to Aqua Park Qatar and The Salwa Resort & Spa.
