Graphite Energy - Contractor

Graphite Energy was established in 2008 to develop energy storage projects and commercialise its graphite-based thermal energy storage technology (patent pending) in both renewable energy and thermal power applications.

Graphite Energy’s principals and executive team have extensive experience in project development and infrastructure financing. Examples include:

Development of the landmark 1,500MW Alta Wind project in Tehachapi, California
Built, own and currently operate the 3MWe Lake Cargelligo Thermal Power Station in Lake Cargelligo, NSW Australia which showcases the graphite based thermal energy storage technology
Construction of conventional power generation in the US and Asia
Graphite Energy is led by a team of executives in Australia, with experience covering finance, commercialising technology, thermal hydraulic design, process engineering, high volume manufacturing, supply chain, and steam operations.
