n Poland, Ghelamco has been providing the market with the type of high-standard projects that all clients demand. Ghelamco is the first developer in Poland to introduce the prestigious BREEAM certificate. This is Europe's most popular eco-certificate and Ghelamco has made it standard for all of its buildings.

The first building in Poland to be granted a BREEAM certificate, in 2010, was Ghelamco’s investment in Warsaw for the Trinity Park III office building, which delivered 30,500 m2 of modern business space.
Ghelamco's second BREEAM certificate and also Poland’s second, was obtained at the 16,000 m2 Crown Square office (2010).
