Robert has developed, marketed and sold some of the world’s largest projects across five continents. Moving to Dubai in 2001, he joined Emaar Properties PSJC, holding various senior roles, including CEO of its North America region and CEO of the overall Real Estate division.
Joseph Thomas is a first-generation entrepreneur with a passion for creating new avenues for growth. In 2000, he started his first business venture, before moving on to the real estate industry in 2006 which he has been a leading force for over a decade. His expertise lies especially in complex transactions and the structuring of major mixed-use projects and world-class developments specializing in residential development.
Ellington’s senior management in development and projects, with a combined Dubai experience of over 75 years have contributed to 35 billion Dollars in residential Real estate development.
Ellington has its projects currently ongoing in Downtown Dubai, Jumeirah Village Circle, Palm Jumeirah, Emirates Hills & Majan. To increase shareholder profitability and to deliver high quality product , Ellington invests largely in human resources, technological systems that bring professional proficiency to the business, brand and network building that drive premiums.
Ellington has been a key player in the advisory field and through the existing joint venture with RP Global , Ellington is involved in the design, architecture, marketing , sales and development of RP Heights and RP one - premium high rise architecture in the heart of Dubai.
Our vision is singular and focused - to become the most sought after, respected and profitable residential real estate developer in Dubai delivering over 2000 classically contemporary units from an existing land bank of over 4 million sq.ft of gross floor area across Dubai.
