Born in a tiny workshop in 1965, Duyar Valve has grown to be Turkey’s pride by supplying products to over 800 projects in 75 countries around the world.

Duyar Valve and its 400 professional staff manufacture HVAC/Fire protection system equipment for construction industry in seven manufacturing plants in Turkey.
Duyar Valve successfully represents Turkey in the global market with a 15,000-square-meter valve factory and a 8,000-square-meter foundry in Istanbul, and Turkey’s first Underwriters Laboratories Inc. (UL)-listed and Factory Mutual (FM)-approved sprinkler manufacturing plant.

Duyar Valve is the first company in Turkey to manufacture fire protection products certified to UL, FM, LPCB, EAC, CE and TSE certifications. Furthermore, Duyar Valve proved its ability to keep Quality Management, Information Security and Customer Satisfaction Management System standards time and again with ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and ISO 10002 certificates.

In addition, Duyar Valve conducts numerous functional tests on its sprinklers, including critical tests such as sprinkler spray patterns and sprinkler protection area in its own accredited laboratories with a highly qualified staff.

Turkey’s first sprinkler plant produces K5.6 and K16.8 sprinklers with all deflector types (Upright, Pendent, Sidewall, ECHL, ELO, ESFR) with an option of quick or standard response between 57 degrees centigrade and 141 degrees centigrade.

In addition, special purpose sprinkler bulbs and sprinkler heads can be custom designed and manufactured to order.
Duyar Valve adopts and implements the “Lean Manufacturing” approach, one of the world most advanced production methods, in all processes.

Duyar Valve manufactures in Turkey and globally exports its products used in fire suppression systems: Fire Pumps, Sprinklers, Wet Alarm Valves, Dry Alarm Valves, Pre-action Valves, Deluge Valves, Test and Drain Valves, Indicator Butterfly Valves, Flow Switches, Fire Hydrants, Riser Manifolds, and OS&Y and NRS Gate Valves.
The HVAC product group, on the other hand, globally exports Duyar Valve products such as Static Balancing Valves, Ball Valves, Gate Valves, Steam Valves, Check Valves, Strainers, Expansion Joints and Brass Valves.
