The land is used for different purposes such as industrial, health, education, offices, retail and other commercial activities.

Geographically, DREC’s land portfolio is distributed in Dubai’s main areas including Al Quoz, Ras Al Khor,
Al Qusais, Jebel Ali, Muhaisnah, Umm Ramool, Al Warsan and around Sheikh Zayed Road.
