Droup AlJazera Contracting Company Limited., was established in 2001 under the Commercial Registration issued by the concerned Authorities of Riyadh on 21 / 6 under the registration No. 1010168999 to work in the fields of (contracting, paints, ceramics, cat eyes, signage and metal barriers on all types of roads, general construction, road construction, maintenance and construction of buildings and establishing telephone networks, water and sanitation and its maintenance, maintenance and operation of hospitals, maintenance and cleanliness, operation and restoration of buildings).
The company's management was keen to set up all the technical personnel and administrative requirements for business success. Engineer Bakheet Saad AlSaffar is the general manager of the company, who acquired practical experience in many areas of the company activities, where he was an engineer in the Department of Transportation. The company has a number of engineers and technical & skilled labor even capable for the company in its first year to implement a number of projects for the Municipality of Dir'iya - Ministry of Defense - Ministry of Transport & Communications - Zahran operation & maintenance company - Al Kayed & Brothers - REDA National - Arabian Technical Contracting (ARTIK) - Al-Manwa Company - Al Massad for Roads – Adzala Establishment. These projects were carried out by the company in Southward Khamis Mushayt, Gizan, eastward in Dammam and Hofuf, north Al-Qaryat and Al-Jouf and west Taif and Medina.
In 2002-2003, the company implemented a number of other government projects and completed successfully within allocated time. Whereas the company makes partnership contract with Saz Paras Iran to import equipment for road projects, and the company became the sole agent of the Kingdom, which allowed the company to strengthening of the equipment needed for projects assigned to it. The DJ also made a partnership in the State of Sudan to established a company named Jasour - a branch of the company, engaged in the same area has implemented a number of projects for the benefit of the Sudanese government.
