Dar Al-Andalus is proud of being the sole consulting office appointed and authorized by the secretariat of Jeddah Province to conduct technical studies in order to assess and adjust/amend the building system of cornice area which is deemed one of the most important milestones of which Jeddah city is proud. the process of studying and planning that area is a new civilizational step forward that enhances the majesty and beauty of this beautiful area promoting it to be the bride of the Red Sea.
Also, Dar Al-Andalus is proud of the efforts exerted by its members in conducting final study, caring for and following up the works as well as supervision of one of the newest and most distinct commercial centers in Jeddah city since it is located in one of the most important streets which is Palestine st. near cornice. This center is Palestine commercial-managerial market.
Another most important work accomplished by Dar Al-Andalus office is making designs of the National Factory for biotic factors which is one of the most important factories specialized in medicines production. This factory manufactures biotic factors that are used to produce medicines.
Moreover, it gave us honor that Dar Al-Andalus, our office has undertaken the design of the managerial-trading building of the Saudi Arabian Airlines in Jeddah including both administration and booking offices. Another achievement of the office is the building of the new instrument in writing and printing press; entrance and housing of the employees of Almadinah Almunawarah newspaper.
In the firstling cooperation with Dalah Group, the office has achieved the cluster residential villas for the employees of Dalah Group, as well as the residential-recreational complex at Durat Al-‘Aros 2. The office has achieved a lot of various works. On the following pages we are going to state the most important projects executed by the office over the past years.
