Internationally, their many diverse projects include acquisition and refurbishment of a thirty-eight unit apartment building in Prague, Czech Republic (Purchased in a pool of privatised state-owned assets and refurbished to 1a standards) and a residential subdivision consisting of 482 lots surrounding an 18 hole signature golf course in Tennessee.
