Bond communications has joined the Emirates Green Building Council, in order to offer
the highest LEED compliant points possible, in lines with the specification provided.
Bond boasts three LEED certified AP with over 2 years of LEED experience as well as
engineers and designers fully accredited and certified by various organizations and
professional groups.

our specialized partners.
2. As an ISO 9001‐2008 certified company we can insure that all design, project
management, implementation, and maintenance and after sales support
procedures follow international professional standards. Our planning
department uses Primavera or MS project (depending on the site standards), to
accommodate project scheduling and planning.
3. Local storage facilities are available around the U.A.E and a dedicated site team
can be mobilized immediately upon project award, fully equipped with the
required plant, material, equipment and CAD teams.
4. A solid experience in local contracting acquired throughout the years, has
provided us with a thorough familiarity with local traditions and enables us to
provide the best practices for a smooth coordination as may be required by the
rest of the contractors on site.
