Basra Investment Commission looks forward to improve the cultural, services and economical levels for the citizens of Basra in a way that commensurate with the level of the individual in the developed countries, which usually do not possess the elements and resources found in Basra.
With this in mind, BIC worked hard to develop the regulations, procedures and the requirements that should be available in order to create an attractive investment environment in the era of economic globalization which is witnessing an international competition to simplify investment procedures. BIC worked hard to coordinate with the Ministries and the involved authorities in a step to provide services and comprehensive facilities as well as providing information for all investors in a contemporary new style. To achieve the vision and the proposed objectives, BIC has prepared a bundle of investment opportunities based on the available resources, capabilities and elements which resulted in granting many investment and foundation licenses.
