The inauguration of the Electronic Website of the Electricity & Water Authority had taken place to add a new dimension in the successive concept between the Authority and the beneficiaries from the services provided to the nationals and residents on the land of this beloved Kingdom, whereas such establishment of such Website is consistent therewith the great technological and technical development witnessed by the world in general and the Kingdom of Bahrain in particular. In an era where the succession with the procession of such development of speed steps has become quite essential and insisting in order to be able to communicate therewith the rest of the states of the world using the language of this era.
Moreover, the establishment of this Website for the Authority has proceeded to cope with the eminent Decrees by His Majesty Hamad Bin Isa AlKhalifa, King of Bahrain, may God protect him, and preserve him towards the facilitation of the approach of services provided thereby the various Ministries and Governmental utilities to all nationals all over the Kingdom of Bahrain, which has been ascertained by the rational government Under His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Salman AlKhalifa, The Prime Minister and the support assisted by His Highness Shaikh Salman Bin Hamad AlKhalifa, the Crown Prince and Commander in Chief of Bahrain Defence Force which persists on dedicating the principle of serving the national and on facilitating the formal measures along with the application of the principle of transparency which would ensure the delivery of the complaints and observations of the nationals to the officials in the Ministries and Government utilities and the necessity of pursuing of the same and to find the appropriate solutions for the same.
The existence of the website will contribute to the introduction of the service provided by the Authority along with all its utilities and the provision of the statistical information and data associated therewith the utilities to enable the researches and those concerned from the jurisdiction institutions and authorities to obtain the targeted information for the future.
