About us
Awtad Engineering and Surveying Office with Limited Liability Company Established in 2016. Having experience of more than 30 years in Geodetic, Topographic, Cadastral Surveying and Mapping fields through managing many surveys works in Survey and Land Registration Bureau, Bahrain. Being a newly established Surveying and Mapping firm did not stand in the way of Awtad being involved in many projects, as the office performed many innovative and huge projects already such as surveying and updating the entire road network including motorways, highways, residential roads in Kingdom of Bahrain for (here.com) navigation map project, as-built topographic survey of Water Garden for Municipalities Affairs and as-built strata survey for 137 flats, 26 multistory building for NASMA STAR. All personnel possess an excellent working knowledge of survey methods and procedures, including techniques unique to our local practice area. Our team demonstrates a strong personal character and willingness to work in any type of projects.

Experience
We employ professional Land Surveyors and field survey technicians having more than 30 years of experience in Geodetic, Topographic, Cadastral Surveying and Mapping. They have managed many surveys works in Survey and Land Registration Bureau, Bahrain. The most major projects that they have managed are Data Model, adoption and implementing of the first GPS equipment in Bahrain in 1992 (Leica 200 system), 1k Topographic Data Cleaning & Restructuring, Topographic & Thematic Mapping Series update, Purchase of Survey Equipment, Tender Documents preparation, Cadastral Survey Jobs, Bahrain GPS Permeant Reference Network (PRN) establishment which is one of the leading projects in the gulf region (http://82.194.61.180/spiderweb/frmIndex.aspx) and the designing of As-Built Specifications and Registration (https://www.slrb.gov.bh/AsBuilt/Default.aspx).
