The company’s Chairman HH Sheikh Nahayan Mabarak Al Nahayan, Minister of Culture, Youth and Community Development is well supported by a Board of Directors who comprise of eminent business personalities and led by a highly qualified and experienced management team.

The company’s Sharia Supervisory Board consists of distinguished and eminent scholars in the Industry. The Sharia Supervisory Board carries out both supervisory and consultative functions and reviews Al Wifaq products regularly to ensure that they are fully Sharia compliant.
