Almarshad Group was established in 1389 AH corresponding to 1969 AD - by its founder Sheikh / Abdullah bin Abdul-Aziz Al-Marshad - may Allah has mercy upon him -, its work at that time was limited to the general contracting for villas and commercial buildings , then began to expand to include trade in the sale of household appliances till early 1400 AH corresponding to 1979 AD, and then directed to real estate, buying and selling lands.
The group has considered the necessity of entering the investment sector as the condition of vegetables and fruits markets do not fit at all with architectural renaissance in the Kingdom and began to design the first conditioned vegetable market in the Kingdom (fruit and vegetable market at Badiah) in Riyadh to be the first of the development of the fruit and vegetable markets established now in all the cities of the Kingdom.
