Al Haditha Petroleum Services SAOC (AHPS) is an Omani Super Local Community Contracting Company (SLCC) established in 2011, held by 3030 community shareholders with a share capital of US$ 8 Million, catering its services to the oil & gas industry.
AHPS provides variety of services comprising of Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering. Operates at high standard of health, safety and environmental protection. Company’s’ resource have been located strategically at various concession areas to mobilize manpower, equipment and provide other services to any part of Oman.
AHPS is one of the first SLCC Companies established in Oman as an In-Country Value strategy by the Government, and engaged by Petroleum Development of Oman (PDO) to start field work activities with significant flow line replacement scope. Company was awarded 10 years flow-line replacement contract from PDO, starting its first field activity at Yibal in July 2012. From then on, company has expanded its operations geographically to Fahud, Lekhwair, Qarn Alam. In 2015, company has secured 3 years Construction Services Contract for Mechanical Works from Occidental Oman (Oxy). In June 2017 won a 4 year Contract for Provision of Design & Construction services for well hook-ups and flowlines at Daleel Field and in September 2017 won a call off contract from CC Energy Development for Piping and Mechanical Construction services.
Over the four years period, Al Haditha’s revenue has undergone a significant growth from US$ 8 million to US$ 47 million. Company fixed asset has surged from US$ 3.3 million to 16 million (including PDO Grants) during this period. Company has been recognized by reputed bankers to facilitate our project asset build up.
Company’s competencies to deliver and maintain high standards of business ethics, has resulted in acquiring other contracts with Oil operators.
