• Project Management Strategy
Management Plan
The project management and construction plan established and organized on the basis of full-fledged Construction Entity prepared to undertake and carry out the execution of the project with support from Head Office.
Site Management
Project Management team will be fully staffed with; Engineering, Procurement, Project Control, Quality Assurance & Control, Safety & Security, Accounting and Administration.
Relevant departments at Head Office will provide Technical, Administrative, Contractual, Legal, Financial and Logistic support as and when required.
Project Team shall monitor the flow of resources, evaluate the progress and take corrective measures in advance to ensure progressive and continuous improvement as well as completion of scheduled targets on time.
Construction Team
The Construction Team will be well qualified and experienced to execute the project as planned and in full accordance with Contract Requirements.
Specialized Sub-contractors
Specialized Subcontractors with proven track record in deliveries for Fire Protection, Fire Detection Systems, Building Management Systems, Security Management Systems, ELV System, Tele-Communication System and Liquid Gas Systems etc… shall be on board.
