Activity began land and property department in Ajman in 1968, according to the Emiri Decree issued by the late His Highness Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, was one of the municipal department and planning departments in Ajman, in 1985 issued an Emiri decree by His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Member the Federal Supreme Council and Ruler of Ajman (may Allah protect him) to establish an independent department dealing with the attention to this sector in the emirate, and since then until today the land and property department perform its activities and develop its services in a sustainable manner.
