Mitsubishi Electric Corporation, Japan, having its head office in Dubai and branch / associated offices in Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Sultanate of Oman, Kuwait, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Bangladesh, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Georgia, Mauritius, Seychelles, Angola, Kenya, Tanzania & Uganda.
We represent “Mitsubishi” brand of elevators and escalators in all the above territories. Our activities cover design arrangements, marketing, supply, installation and maintenance of all types of vertical transportation equipment from this brand.
We have a full-fledged design office at our head quarters in Dubai. All technical support data including traffic analysis, design data are provided at the preliminary design stage of the projects in order to provide more effective and efficient vertical transportation solutions.
We have in our employment, well qualified and experienced engineers and technicians, trained in Japan by Mitsubishi’s engineers. We also have one Japanese engineer from M/s. Mitsubishi Electric Corporation, stationed in Dubai for quality control activities
We are the largest elevator company in Middle East. During the last 44 years of our existence, we have sold in excess of 62,891 units as of December 2018, out of which, around 39,093 units have been installed.
We offer our valued customers, Comprehensive Maintenance scheme by which, we undertake to maintain the equipment inclusive of replacement of spare parts and attend to call back services 24 hours a day on all 365 days of the year.
We have over 29,573 elevators under our comprehensive maintenance scheme, through which, we are maintaining the elevators / escalators inclusive of spare parts.
We have approximately AED 41 million worth of spare parts in our stocks, to cater to the demands of the elevators / escalators under our maintenance scheme in our areas.
