ADNOC Gas Processing (formerly GASCO) is a natural gas producing company of Abu Dhabi, UAE. It is a subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), which owns 68 percent stake in the company. Other shareholders are Shell Abu Dhabi (15 percent), Total SA (15 percent) and Partex (2 percent).
Abu Dhabi Gas Industries Limited will now trade as ADNOC Gas Processing. ADNOC Gas Processing is a major supplier of gas and related products, and manages 3,000km of pipeline network, 26 processing trains, and an NGL distillation complex at Ruwais.
GASCO is an operating Company engaged in the extraction of Natural Gas Liquids (NGL) from associated and natural gas. With a process capability of 5,500 million standard cubic feet of feed gas (MMSCFD) per day and producing 285,000 barrels of condensate, 4,500 tonnes of sulphur and 28,000 tonnes of NGL per day, GASCO is currently one of the largest gas processing companies in the world.
