Billet caster is in complete set of equipment to casting high temperature molten steel into steel billet, which has certain cross section and length, based on different cross sections, there are 2 main typs of casting machine.

Slab size from 150X225mm to 165x330mm
Round billet diameter from dia100-300mm.

All types of casting machine have following components: steel ladles support equipment, main equipment, roller table and billet cutting machine and cooling bed.

The billet caster equiped with scrap steel IF induction electric melting furnace or arc furnace, steel billet monthly output about 2000t-15000t, configured with different models of rolling stands, processing to finished steel products, angle steel, deformed bar, steel bar, channel steel etc.
