Troy was founded in 1993 by Mr. Nihat Ekin (civil engineer), who is still the chairman of the board.
Since establishment, Troy holds its unique place in both public and private job sectors as a respected and trustworthy company by achieving elite service vision in groundworks.
Together with growing constantly, Troy has increased the capacity of technical adequacy with every new project, paralelly increasing the number of employed civil engineers, mechanical engineers, geological engineers, agricultural engineers, business managers, economists, expert technicians and workers.
Without compromising of safety and quality, new technologies have been used to lower construction durations and costs. With this aim, Troy sustains working with leading companies in the world in subjects of its scope of work.
Troy’s management approach is shaped with giving great importance to human quality and modern technology. Working in construction sector without sacrificing the respect to nature and environment, Troy climbs to the top step by step in cooperation with international and worldwide companies.
The groundwork specialized Troy has been working with success and experience on geosynthetics, pipes, solid waste storage areas, mine leach pads, ponds etc... since 1993.
With sustaining all the works according to the rules of international quality, environment and safety regulations, Troy has the ISO 9001 Quality Management, ISO 14001 Environmental Management and OHSAS 18001 Health and Safety certificates.
While approaching the 20th year, Troy is subject to a restructuring. We are trying to institutionalize everything with better systematical methods. Our aim is to have a healthy and strong Troy in 2093 (100th year).
