Souq Extra LLC has developed a chain of SouqExtra! community retail centres located in Dubai, Al Ain and Fujairah, retaining 100% ownership, and direct asset and retail management.
This approach continues with construction of the latest SouqExtra! centre located in Dubai Silicon Oasis and opening Q1, 2016. Souq Extra LLC has the capacity to source, plan, design, finance, structure and deliver community retail and mixed-use projects, and manage the complexities of multiple stakeholders.
In 2014, Souq Extra LLC transitioned into an integrated property group, establishing an enhanced delivery strategy to deliver balanced and diversified growth.
