Russells Construction has grown to become one of the North West’s largest and most successful construction firms. Since it was founded in 1997 it has grown from a small regional contractor to a multi-million pound business.
Russells Construction takes great pride in the high quality of service delivery and client satisfaction. Key to that success is developing close working relationships with clients and adding value to projects. The team can offer design, installation and project management of structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical services.
A family owned business, Russells Construction has a corporate ethos based on teamwork, integrity and loyalty. The business has more than 100 employees and several hundred sub contractors and suppliers. With a turnover in excess of £63m, the firm has demonstrated strong and sustained growth, and established itself as one of the pre-eminent contractors in the region.
The company, which acquired Pentith Construction in 2002, started with external works and industrial property contracts before moving on to commercial office space, logistics, retail and leisure. Russells Construction has since made a name for itself with further expertise developed in high rise development of constrained city centre sites, hotel development and student accommodation schemes.
Russells Construction is managed by shareholder directors Andrew and Gareth Russell. The board of directors also includes Lee Downs, Phil Jay, Daniel Kershaw, John Millward and Chris Harper.
