Rethink Leisure & Entertainment was founded in 2013. Under the leadership of Scott Ault (President & CEO) and Josh Updike (Chief Creative Officer), Rethink has rapidly grown into a world-class organization with a seasoned team of themed entertainment professionals. Prior to joining Rethink, Scott had worked over three decades in the industry, including eight as Chief Operating Officer at BRC Imagination Arts. During his tenure, he oversaw dozens of international award-winning projects. Josh, a 20-year veteran of the industry, was previously the Executive Show Producer for Rethink Attractions. Before opening his own firm, Josh worked for Walt Disney Imagineering, Landmark Entertainment Group, and Universal Creative.
