It is directly under the administration of Shaanxi provincial Government and the only group corporation with Top-Class Qualification for general contracting of building construction in Shaanxi Province. Cape Verde National Stadium undertaken by TIEC is the largest Chinese Government Aid Project in Shaanxi Province, even the whole northwest of China.
