LEADING independent management, design and construction consultancy Pick Everard is delighted announce that Optimum Consultancy will be merging with the firm next month.
The move comes as Pick Everard continues to experience rapid growth, and follows the recent announcement of its latest UK office openings in Bristol and Birmingham.
Optimum is located across the south of the UK and the merger will mean the continuity of services across the company’s prestigious national client base.
Pick Everard partner, Alastair Hamilton, said: “This is an exciting opportunity for us to merge with an established specialist consultancy and to take on new staff members whose portfolios feature some very impressive projects. We are looking forward to further strengthening our presence in the South West and South East and taking this opportunity to add even greater specialist expertise which we can provide to clients.
“We believe that the merger will provide us with a springboard to secure new opportunities” Alastair added.
Optimum has worked on a number of high profile schemes, including the offices for the London Stock Exchange; developments for the Crown Estate and Transport for London, as well as a number of high end retail projects. Optimum co-owners Peter Maryszack and John Orchard will continue to work with Pick Everard in nurturing and developing its client base and sector specialisms across the UK. “By merging with Pick Everard our existing clients will be able to access a broader range of services through an established multi-disciplinary consultancy,” Peter said.
The merger will also expand the service offering of Perfect Circle through the public sector owned built environment specialist Scape Group’s Built Environment Consultancy Services (BECS) framework. Perfect Circle is a consortium comprising Pick Everard, Gleeds and AECOM which, supported by an extensive local supply chain, is delivering the broadest range of consultancy services available to the public sector through the BECS framework.
