Modulor, is the offsite manufacturing pod division of Laing O’Rourke based in Dubai and was formed in late 2005, initially to service the prestigious Atlantis hotel project with fully factory built bathroom pods. The business since then has grown year on year and offers clients a one stop shop for the design, manufacture, delivery and installation of fully completed bathrooms ready for service connections as a plug and play system.
Assembled under factory controlled conditions, bathrooms and other pod types conforming to any given specification are produced, utilising an efficient multi-skilled workforce, enabling precise programming achievement, unrivalled quality and cost certainty.
