The Lakesmere Group comprises Lakesmere Ltd, Lakesmere International and McMullen Facades. In the Financial year 2013/14 Group turnover reached £87m with plans for significant growth in 2014/15 to circa £100m due to success in our International markets, the ongoing integration of our subsidiary company McMullen Facades and regular repeat business in the UK.
We are approved installers for the market leading system manufacturers working only with suppliers that share our passion for quality, reliability and innovation. Lakesmere is currently the largest installer of Kalzip standing seam roofing in Europe and the Middle East.
Our work ranges from stand-alone roofing and wall cladding projects to partial or complete building envelope solutions incorporating glazing and architectural features, ensuring careful design and management of all the interfaces. We employ circa 75 designers group-wide, all equipped with the latest 3D CAD and 4D time and logistics planning technology and who are on-hand to provide technical design advice at pre-tender stage and throughout the project programme.
Lakesmere has successfully delivered a number of award-winning projects for clients in all the major private and public sectors of the UK construction market including the London Aquatics Centre, Ricoh Stadium, Aintree Racecourse grandstand development, O2 Arena, Diamond Synchrotron and Heathrow Airport’s new Terminal 2 building. We are also strategically positioned to support our key clients in emerging markets for major infrastructure, utilities, power, transport, IT/data centres and renewable energy.
