International construction Center for Engineering I-CON is one of the consulting engineering offices licensed and authorized to practice engineering function in all disciplines from the Saudi Council of Engineers and the Department of the liberal professions, Ministry of Commerce, I-CON is member of the Saudi Council of Engineers, the Office provides all advisory services in all disciplines through:
