Heintges & Associates is an award-winning curtain wall consulting firm offering the highest level of expertise in the design and implementation of the building envelope.
Since 1989, Heintges has designed and consulted on more than 150 million square feet of curtain wall and exterior cladding for projects throughout the U.S. and in 24 other countries. We work with visionary architects and owners throughout the world, and have designed and consulted on some of the most prestigious cultural projects in New York City, including the renovation of the United Nations Headquarters, the new Whitney Museum of American Art, Lincoln Center, and the Museum of Modern Art.
Led by Robert Heintges, FAIA, our staff is composed of architects and engineers whose experience encompasses all aspects of the construction and design of custom curtain walls, specialty glazing, a variety of opaque cladding systems, and exterior stonework. Nearly all of the firm’s senior staff members teach at the undergraduate and graduate levels at academic institutions including Columbia University, Parsons, Pratt Institute, Harvard, and Rice University.
